Respected Sir,
This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 102727208. Today (06th Oct, 2017), I called up Videocon d2h customer care and asked the customer care executive (a female lady) to justify balance deduction but she did not justified proper way.
She informed me that along with the monthly Pack 285 Rs. And add on Kids 34 Rs. Total monthly pack is Rs.369 . Again I asked how to monthly pack become 369 Rs. Because as per pack 285Rs. + kids add on 34 Rs it becomes only 319 Rs.then she gave me not proper answer and diconneted call without my permission.
At this stage, After somtime I got a call from their end but this executive also not clarrify proper reason then I asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor and logged a complaint but during this call she added 30 Rs. In my account and hold call for 5 min transferring to supervisor and at last said that our senior persons not available now they will call you after sometime.
Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and ask to videocon d2h where is customers 30 Rs.which are deducted from account balance.
