I am facing channel mismatch issue and problems with Videocon D2H

My customer ID is 72621556 Since last few days I am facing following problems with Videocon D2H :
I could not watch my subscribed channels on their respective channel number. When I changed channel to ‘discovery channel’ the banner shows the correct name but actually it is showing some D2H HOME 1 and this is happening for more than 4-5 channels.
other problem is, time to time they use to update the software of my device, I think this migth be the problem of channel mismatch, my operator is about to send a technical person to resolve the problem but the operator executive told me to pay the applicable amount (I have completed 1 Year of warranty), I think this is wrong to ask charges, if this problem exists due to software updates, please give me a solution.
