Videocon d2h has removed Sony ten1, ten2 and ten3 channels from their New diamond pack without informing.
As a customer I purchased a product for a period of 3 months on 9th Oct 2017 looking at the features offered.
But now they are asking more money to avail the same features that I paid for.
This is a fraud where you sell a product with features and then revoke them intermittently.
