Dear Sir,
Further to discussion with videocon d2h supervisor Mr. Akshay Maru, I have erroneously made wrong recharge on customer id no 139887325 instead of 73103180.
Kindly revers the transaction and recharge to my customer id 73103180.
I have made payment through Hdfc bank Mobile application payzapp. Transaction detail message is as below..
Rs.866.00 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 9951 on 2017-10-11:20:07:48 at PayZapp Bill Pay.
Kindly find attached screens hot for your kind reference.
I am sending mail on customercare@d2h.com but it's not deliver and receive error reply.
Please do the needful and reverse the transaction.
