Fraud and mis-sale airtel internet tv complaint against Airtel DTH

Hello,
I wanted to activate myplan 99 but on help desk they are saying that lowest plan they can offer is Rs. 381 for airtel internet tv.
It is fraud from airtel. No where it is mention during purchase of internet tv that we cant subscribe normal plan with airtel internet tv. Now I am stuck since I paid Rs. 4000 to get the internet tv. Now I am neither able to change the connection nor I am ready to pay the monthly cost.
They never mentioned anywhere regarding restricted plan options nor they have mentioned at plan sections that this plan would not be applicable to internet tv.
This is clearly a intention of fraud since by mentioning we would not have purchased it.
They have even now taken down the internet tv link.
I want to my money back or option to choose plans as normal subscribers.
