Customer Harassment by D2H D2H Service is failed from 18 Jan to 20 Jan 2020 but service charges amount is deducted from my Account customer id : 237886760 Name : Gautam Balam Negi

I recharged date of 18/01/2020 Rs 100/ & date of 20/01/2020 RS 100/ but balance is Nil today .Kindly do the needfully take action & confine me
Also i Called Customer Care They are disconnected after my Call Every time they cant give me any proper region ....
