Not solved issue since one month very bad reply

DTH TV Complaint Complaint Date: May 16, 2019
I am a Videocon d2h customer , I have been facing isssue of no signal since last one month, every time they promise to send person , but yet no one come . Very third class service from Videocon and their commitment level also poor , I am harassed by them .
