I have a cable connection of Signet digital for more than 5 years now. Recently I have raised issues regarding the channel subscription and told the cable operator to comply for the same. The cable operator has reportedly ignored my requests regarding the channels which i am unable to watch but are subscribed by me. I have been regularly paying cable fees but my complaints/grievances are being unaddressed. Today i went to their office and the cable operator rudely denied me of service when i requested for the same. I reminded him of my consumer rights to which he told me to do whatever i can do and removed me from his office. I request the concerned authorities to take action against the same.

Today i went to Disha cable (Signet Digital) office and the cable operator rudely denied me of service when i requested for renew my chosen channels.
They are forcing me to take mim 380/- rs subscription which i do not want
