D2h magic stick is not deliver

I was order a d2h magic stick from d2h official app infinity on 13 December and today is 23 December but it is not deliver. D2h don't provide cash on delivery so i do payment online with debit card. When i was order this stick d2h said it will be delivered in 6 to 7 days .10 days was goen but no dispatch details and tracking details send me from d2h end. I send daily 2 mails to d2h regarding this issue but d2h give no response to me. His customer care agents donot have any knowledge.
