Dear Concern,

I want to complaint against Videocon D2H. I am videocdon d2h user my D2H Customer ID is 133140598.
I pay always service charge to videocon d2h. but i m facing same problem but they always demand service charges....

    Sir,
    I have call to Coustmer Care for down grade my package on 27 June 2018 (Complaint No. 603146202) and Coustmer Care executive said me, your pack will be downgrade in 24 hr.
    After 24 hr i have call again to Coustmer Care executive for current status.
    Mr. Sagar Suresh Mosala has attend my call and he says that, your pack is locked for 90 day and we can not downgrade your pack.
    I'm also requested to him to transfer my call to senior but Mr. Sagar Suresh Mosala has disconnected my call.
    It is completly mallpractice by Videocon.
