Not providing Bill or tax Invoice

I purchase tata Sky DTH connection on 08-nov-2016 and paid 1800 in cash. I am requesting him for Tax Invoice/Bill but they are not giving. They only sent me Interim Invoice. In which no mention of VAT or service tax amount. my subscription id is 1209975828.
When I purchased i paid 600 rs more for tax invoice. This item is available on amazon at 1200 rs. Now they are sending me a document with my forged sign.
