Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought Tata Sky and my consumer number is 1172520692.
Whenever I call them for bad service or channel is not coming everytime they have only answer is signal problem we can't do anything. Every month almost 5-6 times I have to call them and when I say I need my complaint number they always say you will get the complaint number on your registered number which never happened and when I again call them to know the status of my last complaint they say - we haven't received any complaint from you.
Second, every after 2 months they change my plan without asking or any request and because of that I have to pay extra every month - I am fed up with the services of Tata Sky.
Third, I have already registered for HD services and every month they remove the HD and when you make a complaint they restored it.
Sir, I want strict action against TataSKY.

hello sir for last two month i am not getting tatasky service properly as I have made the payment for 1 year there is no service and for that matter they have took money from me for the person to visit my place 4 to 5 times they have come then they told me to shift my disk which was done by them and they took 300 from me for that and the person took another money but after week the same problem is there very very bad service

Tatasky people have done the repair not working and they give tatasky number to call for any problem which is not free and when we call it take 10 to 20 minutes talk which out phone charge has to pay round 70 to 80 rupees for that talk it is very bad to call there helpline which should be toll free number but that number is chargeable yesterday I called them and my 70/- rupees was cut and my tatasky is still not working
