मेने उपरोक्त कनेक्शन अगस्त 2015 में लिया था,मेरी Cust I.D-151749739 आपके डीलर ने
हमे सही जानकारी नही दी, हमने पुरे साल का अग्रिम भुगतान भी किया था , परन्तु
आपके द्वरा हमारे कनेक्शन को 21/04/2016, को ही बंद कर दिया गया हे, कॉल सेंटर
में शिकयत करने के बाद भी कोई लाभ नहीं हुआ , क्या आपके यहाँ ग्रहको से इस तरह व्यवहार किया जाता हें , जब मेने कहा कि हम आपके व्यवहार इसके कारण हम आप कि सेवा को समाप्त कर देंगे तो आपके कर्मचारी को कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ा . आप से निवदेन हे कि आवश्य ककार्यवाही करे व मेरे द्वारा किए अग्रिम भुगतान का लाभ मुझे दिया जाए.
