I had lodged a complaint for by DTH on 18/08/17 and the complaint no given to me was 258279240.

Till today neither some body has contacted me nor the problem is resolved.

Whenever we call your customer care number, there is no response even after holding the line and listening to the music and the recorded message that your call is important and our customer service executive shall attend to you shortly for more than 30 minutes.

WONDERING WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE/ DIS SERVICE IS THIS??????

NEED INTERVENTION FROM SOME SENIOR EXECUTIVE. THIS IS URGENT PLEASE.
