Complaint videocon d2h non refund of money, I had disconnected my d2h connection

I had disconnected my d2h connection id 79502109 due to shifting of residence. the connection was disconnected on 05th may 2018. but videocon has still not refunded my money which is balance in the account. repeated emails and calls to customer care are futile. this is sheer harassment to the customer. kindly contact me on 9892892907 and refund my money at the earliest or i will be forced to take legal recourse.
