Dear Concern - I had a tikona connection with ID No 1106386244 where the operator was taking the money in advance to the month service offered however since May 15 I had issue with my connectivity which even after complaining was not sorted. even after several mails where there was no response my neighbors decided not to pay the advance we have been paying & asked them to close the connection.

Even though the connection was closed but we didn't got any final bill with necessary adjustment.

I have the log proofs to show the issue in their connectivity due to which most of my neighbors have also switched to different operator.

I was ready to pay rent for a month I availed this service but they are not responding to that email & forcing me to pay Rs.1,950.

The case has kept me busy & facing mental trauma hence need help to get this settled with zero amount.

    What the hell, tikona pvt. Limited is going to file a case against me. Rather I should have done that because of there stupid service. I got a call this morning claming that sir. You have a due of Rs. 1990, so our company is filing your case in civil court. So funny huh, is that joke are something with there respective customers I have never ever had this kind of policy in any company. Alright Mr. Tikona I wasn't aware of this kind of statement in your legal papers, I didn't know that you guys have idiot policy too. Great huh. You know what because of this many people mently effected gone wrong I'm warning you stop this kind of nonsense things. If you want to get money back than knock there doors with all that information they have proivded. Than their will be a hope to survive your company if these gets in majority than there will be a big trouble to you alright
