Complaint regrading Fraud by Bharti Airtel(Noida) in Broadband FTTH Billing/plan

Dear Sir,

I have been offered the Rs 1099/ monthly rental plan(without any installation/activation or any other charges) and I have been asked to pay 3 months advance rental(by cheque) by Airtel Noida.

I have snap of my CAF form and plan sheet which clearly explains the information. As per the information shared by Airtel executive I only had to pay service tax for 3 months which should have been as per the rental(Rs 1099) and Rs 3300(which have been paid as approx. Rs 1099 X 3 = Rs 3300 for three months) was supposed to be credited into my account.

Now, what Airtel has done is, they generated the bill of Rs 3761 for the duration of 6 days(and mentioned Rs 3000 as activation charge), which is totally fraud. They have deducted the entire amount which I had paid as 3 months advance rental.

I have been sending mails to them and calling customer care numbers(escalations team etc) for more than a month, but they have not resolved it yet. The second bill has come and to my surprise they have even changed my plan from Rs 1099 to Rs 1199.

I want to file a case in consumer court as this has caused great harassment and mental stress to me on day to day basis. Every single time I approach them or they call me, they ask the entire details once again

- they ask me to mail every item,
- they ask me the name of the airtel executive and his mobile number
- they ask me to wait for 24/48 hours

But, at the end nothing happens as it doesn't get resolved. I have called them more than 10 times(few of the calls has been recorded by me as well) and mailed them multiple times as well with all the documents.
