Not refunding my money on termination of services.

Respected Sir,

I gave a cheque to Worldphone Internet Services Private Limited for a broadband connection, of Rs. 5466 on 16-11-2015 for a new 6+1 i.e. halfyearly plan.

I used this service till 10 march,2016.

I used for 3 months and 24 days.

Remaining services were for 3 months 6 days.
This service left costs for Rs. 2418/-

And i had to close the connection of Worldphone because i shifted to a new address and at this address Worldphone is not able to shift my connection. So i was told that " sir we can't shift your connection so please close your account and apply for refund, and you get your money back"

So i did as they said but now they are that" sir your plan is a Advance Rental Plan so WE CAN'T REFUND YOU ANY AMOUNT"

Please help me sir in getting back my money sir.
