Reliance Broadband- Non delivery, payment done, No response

I’m Dinesh, as per my online request I opt for a reliance broadband connection. On 11th April 2016. I met two guys Mr. Noman Ali and Mr. Mohammad Shabban/Momin regarding same. They told me about plan and I gave them Rs. 2000 for new connection, I’ve a receipt with CAF number: 17800038278317 The thing is they promise to install the connection on or before 13th April but they never come after that and no response when I’m trying to call them, this is very unprofessional and unexpected thing I have ever faced. They also said to send my ID on ujjwal.basak@relianceada.com
