Airtel broadband issue for facing wrong data deduction in my account.

I have a broadband connection 01204338326_dsl.
I am facing wrong data deduction in my account. When I complained there is no hearing for the same. They always do false commitment and problem still exists.
They are neither restoring all previous plan benifit nor disconnection connection.
