no confirmation was given by me still they have send me the extra bill

Delivery Complaint Complaint Date: November 15, 2016

on 5th october 2016 i have mailed tata people to do few things
1) cancel my outgoing calls( i had a combo connection.where i had asked to put hold for internet connection and de activate my outgoing calls)
2) see that only incoming calls should be there
3) also see that activate tata to tata from my landline (040-66464252)

what they did:
1) they have put on hold for broadband connection but outgoing calls were not deactivated
2) no tata to tata activated
3) all outgoing calls are not deactivated.( for that reason i have got an extra bill)

at the end of the month they have send me a bill of ₹ 2000+ ( 1000 for broadband and 1000 for outgoing calls )(i have told them to deactivate outgoing calls and activate only incoming calls but they didnt do that ...then why should i pay the bill for outgoing calls when it is their fault for not deactivating it
