Complaint against ACT FIBER NET broadband services for causing mental agony

i am using ACT FIBER NET broadband services since last 2 years. since 01/09/2016 to till date i am having connectivity issue. every day at 5.30 am net connection is disconnecting and it is restoring automatically at 7.30 or 8.00am every day - it seems they are doing this trick to save usage hours. i have sent many e mails/sms/ telephone call to the customer service - but no proper action has been taken - to contact then i am spending money because they are not toll free numbers - it is causing me mental agony because i am paying my bill in advance for the month.i request you to initiate proper action against them. the irritating thing is that no body from the company contacting me even though i informed them that i am going to consumer court. contact mail ids of the team as under:
