I have paid 2250Rs for reactivating my account through online. with a word of activating internet in 5minutes it have been passed 7days till now it is not activated.

I have been charged more than 200rupees for calling the customer care representatives.and they are saying 1hour,6hours,24hours it takes to solve the problem or they are simply disconnecting the call.
Please take action on them.

    I am trying to pay the bill from last one week but I failed I am getting the message your account is not existing several times I called customer care number but there is no answer simply they disconnect the call and now they disconnected my cable tvconnection in this regard take action against the operator and restore my tv connection
