I am customer of ACT fibernet broadband service. I registered complain in company customer care center for no internet connection. I called their customer care center for 6 times. but till my complain is not resolved by company. Ever time they promise to resolved complain in 12 hours. But till date my complain is not resolved. Ticket number for complain are: 1) 10121704898, 2) 10121667235. They miss lead the customer by giving fake promises.
