Hathaway Internet Connection Non refund of Advance Amount resident of Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad

Myself, Sreenivasa Kumar Hari, is a resident of Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad. With an intention to acquire Broadband Internet Connection at home, I contacted M/s Hathaway and their call center executives informed me that they would make arrangements for the same.
Mr. Dhulipala Sivaramakrishna (Contact No. 7416003608) then contacted me and advised to pay an amount of Rs. 2250 towards Wi-fi Router, three months subscription of broadband. As requested by him, I paid the amount and informed transaction particulars to him.
On Dt. 24-09-2016 he informed me that Internet connectivity cannot be established at my residence, owing to lack of cables in its vicinity and confirmed the same on Dt. 26-09-2016. He added that he would initiate the refund process and I will get refund amount shortly.
After 3-4 days, when I contacted their call center, I was informed that refund process was never initiated and the same would be undertaken on sending an e-mail.
Thereafter, I sent 4-6 mails (can produce copies of e-mails and transaction particulars as evidence also). But, no action was taken by M/s Hathaway towards refund process.
I request your good offices for faster refund of my proceeds.
