Hello Sir,

My USER ID is 1113639554.
After relocation of my broadband connection of Tikona Digital Networks in April 2016, I could never receive good connectivity hence put a request to cancel my subscription on 07th June 2016. I am not using the data from June month still I paid all the balances of the months where I could not use the internet facility. Tikona members called from a different no. that they are calling from Tees Hazari court of Delhi for the payment of bills.
After paying all these payments still I am getting bills to pay. It has become difficult to connect with them on customer care no., call drops at sudden when they have to reply on my queries. There is no escalation matrix on the Tikona website. This company is a cheater and I want to get rid of from them. I am badly harassed by Tikon team.

Please advice how to take up with them?
