I am Tata Broad band customer.
My Internet is disconnected for over 3 Months despite having paid for 1yr in advance.. 7 July 2016 is last day when is used internet. after 5.30pm net get disconnected. This is exact time duration which is known since I was at home and working some office work. And today is 7 oct 2016. Still I am facing same issue. I have used net just for 3months. All of a sudden my internet stopped working, I called up customer care several time, they have given me a date and assured to solve the issue in next 2 days, I waited but nothing happened. I called them more than 10 times to check and told them to get back me with status on my phone, but they never gives a call back.
They give a false resolution date each time i call but does no any thing.
Tata refuses to pay me back my advance money when I decided I had to opt for another service provider. They even refuse to admit in plain words that their "policy" does not permit refund of my money despite service being down for 10+ days. I choose to find legal recourse but they are not even ethical enough to put in writing what they tell me over the phone. I have all mails and recorded calls. I can share this if needed.
I am frustrated, at least if they clearly tell me the issue i can do some alternative arrangement, or they can provide me work around. I am really frustrated with their poor customer service.
I request customer complain to punish them a good amount of fine and also I want that my payment amount back.
