Purchased 4G Hotspot from Airtel Gallary i.e Omkar Communication 2608/3 Shivaji Udhyam Nagar, Kolhapur. Invoice is not provided to me. After 3 days of purchasing 4G Hotspot..my service is not yet initiated. Also same Airtel gallary people are not bother about my problem. Before purchasing device they were continuesly taking follow up & after purchase these Airtel employee become very arrogant & have no concern about service. I purchase 4G Hotspot after going through good advertisement & but my practicle experience is exactly opposite.
Please take action as company like Airtel harasses their customer with help of local channel
