MTNL is not working

My Number +91-22-27697257 is not working properly from last 24 of month and line is dead from last two months.


I have made multiple complaint with no response .They have close the complaint without correcting problem

Last month MTNL dose not charge any amount but this month they have send the bill stating 5 outgoing call, as the phone is dead no one can make a call.

Need to recover money from last 12 months
