I was using Tikona broadband service for past 2 months. The bill generation data is 26th of every month.

Firstly Tikona generates the bill in advance which is not right. If somebody wants to disconnect service in mid f billing cycle, he will still have to pay for entire month and not pro rata basis.

My complain is that they have generated bill for may 2016 even though i had informed them before bill generation cycle that I do not want to continue the connection. They have generated the bill (approx 1100) and not they are asking me to pay for it. Kindly help. They are cheating consumers. This is not right.

    My ID is 1113838173 and they are harassing and blackmailing me to pay the bill which was waved off according to their own executive. I have recording for the same. Kindly share the evidences against them so that I can file a case against them. call me at 9999042118. Now they are saying that whether to use our service and we'll wave off the bill (Faulse bill), or else pay the amount. I have also heard that they start harassing people with the threat of legal action, so I have decided to go to the court first and for that I am collecting feedback from other consumers too.

    Dear Sir,

    My Tikona user ID is 1119104925.
    I have communicated several times regarding incorrect billing details in tikona website.
    I have only asked to avail postpaid plan of rs.850 from 21st Sept '2016. Tikona executive explained about no installation fee applicable, one time charges etc applicable for pursuing postpaid plan.

    I even haven't availed any router equipment from Tikona broadband connection too.
    They said there will be only rs 850 + tax for monthly from the day of plan change.
    Today, I have received billing detail shows surplus charges nowhere related to the things we have been falsified and communicated wrongly by your executive on 21st Sept 2016.
    I have already raised service complaint ticket no. 1-4333651891 ( undertaken by Tikona care officer "Afreen" ) since 23rd Sept 2016 regarding incorrect bill details of Rs.2334 mentioned in tikona.in website. She explained complaints could resolved soon after communicating daily.
    But this complaint is not yet resolved till today.

    today, I have only due of rs.337 and rs.850 availed for Tikona postpaid plan .., nothing else shown in bill is valid. They have made excess charges of Rs.2334.
