Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken an internet connection from a company called “World Net Broad Band Service/Video World” (contact co.: 02228065081/7666111786) and I am using it since March 8, 2016. The company claims that they are distributing the internet provided by You Scod 18.

I would like to bring it to your notice that there has been a frequent disconnection in the internet service provided and I consider it to be in breach of contract. Every day the internet fail to connect from morning till evening 6.00 o’clock. Hence, my official work gets disrupted due to internet disconnections.

I have lodged numerous complain with the officials of “World Net Broad Band Service/Video World”. The person never answers my call. If he does then he would tell me that his team is no his way to fix the problem/ server is down/ there is internet problem from the main source “You Scod 18” and at times he blames it on us stating that the router is not kept in a correct position.

The service is not of acceptable quality and does not match with the amount being charged to us.

Request you to kindly look into the matter.

    I have bought internet connection for 6mb speed with unlimited data on 26th May 2016 from worldnet Chembur franchisee.

    I am getting speed of only 0.3mb and in spite of numerous calls to worldnet office at Vidyavihar, there appears no solution in sight.
    worldnet service people just keep replying that it is your local vendor who should give service and we are not responsible for any speed problem.
    nor they are willing to refund the money paid for full year. Local agent is not even bothering to pickup phone and reply. So friends please avoid taking any connection from worldnet on false promises .

    Half of time in the selected plan the internet service is down.Calling the service provider is now has become a routine. Even then the service is always down. Everytime they respond that some work is going down at office . This work is like going for years now. They charge full and doesn't even provide the service for half. Its too disturbing and work gets affected a lot.

    Please file a complaint against them. If needed you can contact other customers, even they woyld say the same.
