My Landline Number 022-28058350 services of MTNL, after redevelopment of our building the telephone cable was installed on temporary basis and we were alloted the connection, last 1 and a half year we are facing the Broadband Issue, whenever we complain no Result for complain just (THOOK LAGA KE KAM KIYA) the Department Heads gives the solution that we will Change the Cable and were asked to Install the New Cables for Better Services but the MTNL Officers are least bothered, I have been paying approx Rs. 1200/- for such useless services. Secondly whenever the Customer care officers of 1504 gives the Number of Officials they never pickup there landline calls and on Mobile I hear the Beautiful Song (DEKHO ASMA PE KHILKAR SURAJ .......... MERA DESH MERA DESH BADAL RAHA HAI AAGE BAAD RAHA HAI) I feel really proud by hearing the Song but at the same time getting disturb because of such BAD SERVICES BY MTNL,
I AM ABLE TO USE THE BROADBAND SERVICES LIKE (A PERSON IS VERY VERY VERYYYY THIRSTY AND I GAVE THE WATER TO THAT THIRSTY PERSON DROP BY DROP , DROP BY DROP NOW WILL THESE PERSON SATISFY HIS THIRST) SAME SERVICES I AM GETTING FROM MTNL DROP BY DROP IF I WANT TO CHECK / SEND MY MAIL I HAVE TO SIT FOR AN HOURS TO CHECK OR SEND THE MAIL , WHICH IS POSSIBLE IN MY OFFICE AT BLINK OF AN EYE.
MY REQUEST TO MTNL OFFICERS TO KINDLY RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND GIVE THE BETTER SERVICES FOR BROADBAND INSTEAD OF SITTING AT OFFICES AND MAKING THE SEAT HOT.
