I had taken broadband internet from ICC INTERNET SERVICES in pune. But it is not working since 28-08-2016. I have already complained to their call centre and also written mails and SMS's to their manager Mr. Kunal many times. But nobody has turned up to repair the same. There is. Onida to listen to customer complaints. As they have taken advance of six months rental from me, they are also NOT READY to refund my money since they are not able to provide me internet services. Please help.
