I have been a Reliance broadband connection at Pune. My ID 340574956464 with tele No 02030720553.
Due to my transfer from Pune to Assam, I ahd requested surrender of connection in Jul and again on 06, 27 aug. Connection has not been use since Jul.
However the company did not deactivate the connection in their system has kept giving me bills.
I have been sending emails to the customer care and local agents who were reminding me for bill.
Despite non connection, they kept threatening. To protect myself from harassment I had paid the unjustifiable bill even till Sep.
They have sent me bill again.
I request you to kindly help me to discontinue the connection in the system and refund my payments.
