I am Sean Rodrigues, Director of Silver Elephant Info Solutions Pvt Ltd located at Dhansi Surabhi Building , Near Green Park Hotel, Ameerpet.
Our ACT account No is 101012051930 and Ticket No:10124976628. we had major connectivity issues on 13 Jan 17 from 1930 hr onwards even after connecting a system directly with your ACT switch in our office with Request Timed Out every 15-20 sec last evening. Due to this problem, we had to shut down our US business creating major problems and embarrassment.
I am using a 2 MBPS Lease Line although i had intially applied and paid for 6 MBPS dedicated lease line trough Mr Pavan Babu M, the Business Development Executive under mr Nizam both from Begumpet office. However i havent found any positive response from either of them.
On 18 Jan 17, Mr Tulasi Ram of the Back End Team visited the office and checked the internet connectivity. However even while he was present the internet was reducing slowly in the single PC connected directly to the ACT Fibernet switch. After That on 19 Jan 17, i personally spoke to Mr Shyam Prasad of the Back End team to ask him as to how the internet shuts down when we try to log in to the client site tmivaka.com when we can access the same through a mobile hotspot. Also even the direct connected PC shows no data transmission, hence the presumption or premise that the client end issue is there is incorrect since the same was clarified with the client on skype call who showed that connectivity could be achieved on any broadband or even mobile hot spot, which was done and checked on 20 Jan 17 at around 2030 hr. The same was conveyed to Mr Kalyan Babu of the sales team and the snap shot of the NO DATA TRANSMISSION when the ACT switch was being pinged has been sent on whatapp too.
This issue has been on for more than one week due to which i am facing serious business losses and harassment despite paying Rs 1,89,750 on 24 OCt 16 vide payment number 10116807916 , even though the connectivity was provided in Dec 16.
Since the issue has not been resolved despite all my efforts and your back end team, please arrange to refund my amount and disconnect the connection to enable me to use some other better service provider. Incase the same is not accepted, i shall be constrained to go to the consumer forum/court.
