am complaining because the shop owner sells other stationery and grocery items like flour, rice sugar alongside milk and dairy products which is illegal. I have already complained twice with complaint numbers 1049891 and 1065597 but no good came out of it.
The shop owner is ill-tempered and often misbehaves with the customers. He is rude and impatient. He does not sell loose milk unless we buy some other item from him. He takes advantage of the fact that there is no other dairy shop nearby. He also supplies loose milk to the nearby stores due to which there is not enough milk left for the customers. When I learned about the problem, I contacted the area incharge Rohan. He paid no attention to this issue and the situation remained unsolved. I complained again but he said that the shop owner has the permit to sell other items as the shop has been partitioned. But when we inquired at the Patparganj mother dairy association, we learned that even parting the dairy does not allow the owner to sell anything at the shop other than dairy products. When I talked to the area incharge about it, he tried to bribe and settle the case for money. It is not only me but many other customers have also complained about the shop owner for misbehave and ill treatment.
