Blocked my account- not returning my money

This is regarding my complaint against Flipkart. They blocked my account for no reason and now, they aren't reimbursing my money lying with them in the Flipkart wallet. Reached out to customer care team do the last 40 days but there hasn't been any response.
I don't know how to get my money back from Flipkart. They sell bad quality products and if you return them, they block your account with any intimation
