Wonderchef - no repair or replacement of 6 week old product

Bought a Regelia hand mixer on 20th December 2017 and 1st of February the speed regulator burned while whipping 2 egg whites and 100g of sugar on the lowest speed. Technician visited on 7th of February and took the hand mixer away and promised it back in working order on 10th February. After calling every day since 12th February where status is recorded as awaiting spare parts. Customer service called back on February 16th wanting to pick up the hand mixer there is already in their possession! Wonderchef is a highly unprofessional company. This morning 19th of February again I was told that spare parts are not available so [please wait another 2-3 working days... UNacceptable. Must give me a replacement if they can not fix the product!!
