Regarding bus services not in time and no response at all in customer care number

I have tickets booking in GSRTC. Bus timing was 7.30 pm but bus was delayed for 1 hour. The bus tracking system is fake. The crew number didn't mention in text message. There is no way to get any information about bus weather bus is canceled or departed on time or delayed . This is worst condition as we don't have time to just wait for an hour to get information.


I would like to take legal action on this and need full refund system if bus get delayed more than 15 min without prior information
