Respected sir
I am regular customer of alpha one mall. I had parked my car in alphaone mall parking Lower basement on 16/5/2023 at 17:45 pm only under the guidance by your security team despite of my own willingness. The location of the car is P-8 near workshop room in lower basement. When I came to the place around 11:05 pm and I noticed the front glass is broken now somehow by any circumstance under your surveillance . I immediately called the security supervisor and complained about it and checked in camera but the behaviour of the staff and security supervisor and even camera store room operator was so rude and irresponsible about the circumstances and they insulted the customer so badly irrespective of time and location. Kindly contact me back and pay your attention towards my complaint and kindly payback my loss otherwise i would have to take action against your premises.
