Internet Not Working From last 12 Days

I am renewal my plan with fiber connection on 19/03/2021 but I got my connection after 12/05/2021 Around 2 month later need Plan extension and claim amount.


My broadband connection is not working since a 12 Days, I have contacted GTPL for this, I mailed customer support, nodal officer and Appellate Authority, still no resolution has been found for this.

Everymonth the provider switch off the connection, without any reason for 24 hours, and when we file a complain they tell us that it will be resolved within 24 hours as per our policy, it starts after 24 hours, this happens everymonth.

I have lost my money, time for this..

I have paid thousands of rupees to them for a yearly subscription.

Even after paying so much I m not getting a good service.

I have to do a recharge on my phone everytime because of Broadband not working.

By this time I am totally frustrated, and tortured mentally.

Please help me..

I want to get compensation for the harassment, Loss of money, Loss of time.
