Gtpl broadband takes money in advance for the data plans. since the last one month we are not receiving the internet connection. we have called the customer care of the company, written them emails, still the issue persists.
when we ask for returning the money and stopping the service they are not agreeing. we have paid one year advance money. and we have received only one month service
