I can’t claim my warranty

I bought a pTron brand smartwatch in Amazon. It has 1year brand warranty,but my smartwatch is suddenly stopped and not working in under 6month .I continually contact with costumer care ,and send many mail but no response .. and no replay my mail ..,, for my warranty claim ..
My money and time loss for this brand . Finally I am prepared complain for the pTron company
My time is losss for this company
My money is loss for this company
I request government I face this problem but anyone not face this type problems.


Again I request government please quick action on this issue….
