I had placed an order with them on 27/05/2019 for dry cleaning of my garments. I had sent 25 garments in all and they lost one ladies top. Initially they had agreed to compensate for the same to the tune of Rs. 3000 but now I have been chasing them for a month but they have stopped responding on this issue.
