No after sale service support, I have purchased Microsoft Lumia 640 XL LTE DS

I have purchased Microsoft Lumia 640 XL LTE DS on 24.01.2016
Windows installed is 8.1 version, it is no longer supported as came to know from google search. The device can support Window 10.0 version

After Hard reset, i am not able to login to Microsoft account in this device, so it is not possible to install Microsoft upgrade and Whatsup,facebook

I tried to search , authorized service center in Gurgaon , Nokia service centers does not support trouble shooting for this phone.

There is no means find to get support from Microsoft.
