Complain Wonderchef for warranty not fulfilled. False promises from Customer care.

I bought wonderchef 4 pcs non-stick cookware set from amazon and within a month of use, the coating started coming out. I registered a complaint with wonderchef customer care on 16th Jan, 2018. They told me that the replacement has been approved for replacement and the product will be replaced withing 10 working days.

It's 6th March, 2018 today and I haven't received the replacement until now. Everytime I call, I am that I'll receive the product by the end of the week. Five such weeks have already passed. There is no way to escalate. I am frustrated with the product and the service.

I don't understand how to survive in this time full of frauds.
