i have place the order on 8th Aug 2016 from MY DREAM SHOPPING for ASUS Zanephone MAX 2. Still did not received the product . Neither received any shipping details of the product.

Every time when i cal to customer care the person use to say coming week you will get the product. Now it more that 28 days.But When i called today to customer care he said that company is in loss so it has been taken over by new company so that new company will return your money with in next 6 months.

When i asked to that person can send me a mail for that he said that the notice will come to your postal address. Now company's website is also not working.

I dont thik this fraud company will return my money. Kindly help me how to get my money back.I have the order ID , confirmation mail from company as well. Also made the payment through PAYUMONEY.com
