Ebay India Seller Duped me and Ebay.in has not acted yet

I bought a Apple iPhone 6 64Gb from Ebay India. Sellers on Ebay india are given permission to sell refurbished items after checks. But the seller from which I bought cheated me and sold a phone which was not Manufacturer Refurbished.

As per Apple the Manufacturer of the mobile phone is missing the Display that Apple Fitted.

As per Apple IMEI and Display and one more part are mismatching so they cannot service the device. I want Ebay India, Gizmorenew Seller to be booked for Cheating consumers.

The seller is still selling the Seller Refurbished devices branding them as Manufacturer Refurbished.

Now warranty from Apple India will end on 26 July and Ebay is still asking me to wait, Apple is not ready to repair the Dead phone for which I spent 45,000Rs

Also the seller from which I bought is not listening to the fact that he actually must be selling Manufacturer Refurbished phone and instead he is selling Seller Refurbished phone fitted with duplicate display etc


Please book the seller for selling items fitted with Duplicate parts which Void the warranty..

Please arrest him as he still is duping consumers by giving wrong information.

Ask Apple to service the device as only 4-5Days remaining for warranty to expire.
