i am regularly using sbi credit card only at petrol station . i have received one call from sbi credit card fro rewards point on 7-1-17 and asked them to wait for my confirmation and call back on 9-1-17 , if i say yes than proceed the transaction but was processed without my knowledge., complained and even cancelled the card in may 2017. but still getting call for repayment request to resolve this issue positively .. they a asking to pay 18000 agaist transaction of 8000. settelment offered at 9000/-rs. but i disagree as not done any such transaction.
