A loan on credit card has been given to me with any documentation and any term and condition by ICICI bank. Now at the time of fourclosure they charging what ever they want. They are allrady told me there is no fourclosure charges after 6 months. Also extra service charges ar applying for repayment.

    I have paid the last month credit card bill Rs. 5936 on 13.05.2016 by
    NEFT as it was mentioned in the bill.
    In this month bill you have charged me 500 as late payment fee and
    service tax of Rs. 72.50.

    I have paid the last month bill as per the due date 13.05.2016.

    The payment received in the present month statement is also 13.05.2016.

    Kindly do the needful to reverse the same.
